| Description: | From 6th annual Ouachita Arts Celebration Website: We would like to invite you to make an application to be a part of the Mena Polk County Enhancement Foundation's 6th Annual Ouachita Arts Celebration.
OAC is a creative focused street festival in Mena's Downtown Arts District. The District is a two-block section of the Talimena National Scenic Drive through downtown Mena. It includes several art and performance related businesses and non-profit organizations. Each November, the street is closed to traffic providing a wonderful area for artist booths, demonstrations, art and craft instruction, live music, dance, vocal performances on our outdoor stage and inside each facility.
The festival is promoted throughout Arkansas and beyond, becoming a destination the first Saturday in November every year.
