Frisco Festival 31 is set for Friday, Aug. 28 and Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 in Frisco Park, located in Downtown Rogers, Arkansas.

The festival features live music, delicious food and ice-cold beverages, along with arts and crafts, carnival rides, childrens activities and a 5K walk/run.
