| Description: | From World Famous Armidillo Festival Website: The World Famous Armidillo Festival is held the first weekend in May. The Armidillo Festival takes place on Hamburg's town square and the surrounding blocks. Venders from all over the region travel to Hamburg, Arkansas to attend this festival. Local bands play on Friday night of the festival and all day Saturday to ensure your weekend is the best. The Armidillo Festival also has a carnival for all ages that begins the Wednesday of the festival and ends Saturday night to close the festival for the current year.
