The Junior League of Texarkana works to improve the quality of life in Texarkana and the surrounding areas. Programs such as Shoes for the Soul, Holiday from the Heart, and Spring into Reading provide children and families with a vital system of support, and the administration of these programs trains League members to be community and civic leaders.

Fundraising events enable The Junior League of Texarkana to continue ongoing programs, as well as to meet upcoming needs in the community. Our primary fundraiser, Mistletoe Fair, has been scheduled for November 21-24, 2013. The annual Holiday Gift Market is held at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center (off Interstate 30), and the event is the
highlight of the holiday shopping season for the Four States Area. Average attendance during the Fair weekend is 8,000 to 10,000 people and we feature a variety of merchandise from over 80 merchants. We invite you to join the excitement as we celebrate our 28th annual Mistletoe Fair!
