| Description: | Location: Grand Prairie Center on the campus of Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas - Stuttgart Campus Based on the popular 1850's song, "The Arkansas Traveler" written by Colonel Sanford Faulkner, the play is set in the Arkansas Ozarks.The play leads the audience on a journey through the lore of Arkansas, when a lone traveler comes across an old cabin in the woods and meets an old man and his wife.The traveler is invited to stay and enjoy fiddle music and storytelling, as the old man tells a variety of stories that depict Arkansas' early pioneer history and wild frontier. The Arkansas Children's Theatre will educate and entertain the audience with this story.Admission:$13 (adult) and $9 (child)Accessible | |||
