| Description: | Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour September 17-19,2010 "The Tour", now in its 9th year, is a free self-guided driving tour of the private working studios of area artists and craftsmen located within 30 miles of Mountain View, Arkansas. Visitors are given a tour program which contains maps and directions to each of the studios along with information about each of the participating artists. There are 30 studios on the tour this year, including 7 new artists. This unique event takes you into the personal working studios of the areas contemporary and traditional artisans, producing fine pottery, paintings, baskets, sculptures, silver jewelry, glass work, photographs, weavings, wood products and more.
